In the 11am incident Wednesday, Sharlinie had followed her sister Sharliena, eight, to a playground about 200m from their double-storey link house in PJS 2. Half an hour later, Sharliena decided to return home but Sharlinie did not respond when she called out to her. Sharliena rushed home to inform her mother, Suraya Ahmad, 28, who went to the playground to search for Sharlinie.

All of us know about the this little girl named Sharlinie right?
Well Sharlinie still not found till today. Police and NGO still searching for her but so far, nothing good result from it. I always pray that Sharlinie still alive because I am so symphatize with her parent. Maybe we can do and learn something about it. Well, I’m no expert in this and I also I don’t know how to avoid and handle this kind of crime but I think child locator will be the best solution.

You know what, I believe the time has come for us take care of our family seriously. There’s many cases of missing children that we heard day by day and year by year. Neighbourhood and media also can play their role in this matter. “My children is your children and your children is my children” is one of the best method to keep our child safety. Or maybe we can study about how US goverment implement their Amber Alert system.

In the United States, the Amber (America’s Missing: Broadcasting Emergency Response) Alert is a warning system implemented to immediately trace missing children via a comprehensive network involving authorities and the community. It was named after Amber Hagerman, nine, who was abducted and murdered in Texas in 1996.

Or if not, I want to make a suggestion to all families in our country to use this Child Alert System:
