Leadership is about influence; dealing with those things that we can’t control. When we want to talk about leadership, there’s many things that we must to consider. What I’m trying to say is a leader must know how to select, involve, encourage and retain people will have people who feel valued. Any leader can go out and hire skill and knowledge.
But how to develop a leadership in ourself?
Do we need to ask people to select us as a leader?
Or do we think being leader is a glamour job?
Well none of above is the answer.
Remember, a leader is a person who will lead you to the next step of success. They must have their own professional development so that people will believe on what he said.
The fact is, your organization would experience increased efficiencies in processes, resulting in financial gain and increased innovation in strategies and products. Now here is where a good leader should play their role. As for me, a good leader is the person who will always ensure the task is understood, supervised, and accomplished.
